My birthday this year (2008) was on February 21st. That's because in Korea we celebrate birthdays based on the lunar calendar. I've never gotten over that habit. I was born on January 15th in 1952.. But January 15th is almost never the same on the lunar and solar calendars.
The Sunday before my birthday, Ed and I went to the mall to do a little shopping. I hate shopping but Ed wanted to get me something for my birthday and he knows that I always want something useful.
Ed spotted some pants that he really liked. I thought were too expensive and also looked too young for me. But Ed insisted and I finally gave in.
On April 13th, I decided to wear them to church. Ed thought they were beautiful and took several pictures. He look nice, dressed for church, so I took his picture.
